Sage D’s Transformative Acquisition of Atlanta Leadership Consulting (ALC)

In a groundbreaking move, I recently decided to acquire Atlanta Leadership Consulting, marking a pivotal moment in the current climate of leadership development. The acquisition marks a significant shift in Black ownership in Atlanta, ushering in a new era of innovation and growth for ALC. This acquisition is particularly noteworthy as it represents the takeover of a well-established company by a Black woman from previous owner and leadership development expert, Clarke Peterson, highlighting the evolving dynamics of leadership and ownership in today’s business environment.

What is Atlanta Leadership Consulting?

Atlanta Leadership Consulting is dedicated to supporting individuals, teams, and organizations facing current and future shifts in leadership, building off of three main pillars: Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching. ALC is focused on identifying and maximizing key talent elements that determine the success of the organization. By developing a close and intentional relationship with clients, ALC ensures that teams are equipped to build a strong foundation for sustainable growth. Understanding how leaders are perceived by their teams is another important facet of authentic leadership as ALC provides personalized strategies for leadership development. ALC’s coaching practices are designed by a team of forward-thinking people who are prepared to break barriers and reach their full potential.

Sagdrina’s ability to adapt and embrace new opportunities is going to be critical for the continued success of ALC. Her unique qualities and innovative thinking are exactly what makes her an ideal leader to steer ALC into the future.

Under my leadership, SageD Consulting has brought in a multi-faceted team of consultants to strengthen ALC’s capabilities. Peterson acknowledges that this diversity is crucial for fostering creativity and innovation within the organization. With this new acquisition comes expertise and perspective, enabling the ALC team to address the complex challenges faced by modern coaching practices. This strategic move not only enhances the company’s potential for growth but also positions it as an instrumental actor in promoting inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.

There is no doubt in my mind that ALC is poised for transformative growth. Strong intellect, innovative thinking, and a well-established commitment to anti-racist principles will set this organization forward and create new opportunities for success. The future of ALC is well-positioned to make a significant contribution to the world of leadership development
