Cicely Garrett, Strategic Consultant - Crafting a Winning Business Canvas

Cicely guided cohort members in gaining clarity on their business models by creating a visual business canvas. Our members discovered a lot about themselves by mapping out key components of their businesses, such as value propositions, customer segments, and revenue streams. By the end of the session, they were able to create a robust framework to guide their entrepreneurial journey. This session empowered them with a practical roadmap to transform their vision into a viable, thriving venture.

Camille Telicia, Leadership and Life Design Strategist - Future-Proofing Your HR Practices

Camille brought her expertise in motivational leadership and intentional life design to help our members “future-proof” their organizational structure and HR practices. Through her guidance, cohort members learned how to adapt to the ever-evolving workforce landscape and develop strategies that align with their short- and long-term goals, ensuring sustainable success.

Carline Hooker, Relationship-Focused Sales Leader, NetworKit Coach - Keeping in Touch as an Effective Sales Strategy

Carline offered invaluable insights into the power of purposeful networking with her NetworKit presentation. The cohort related on the different ways that they overcome cultural challenges in relationship building, and with Carline’s guidance, identified critical connections and methods to leverage their networks for spiritual, emotional, mental, and financial growth. With the practical strategies, tools, and well-built presentation Carline brought to the session, the cohort was confident in the abilities to maintain and reignite connections organically, ensuring that their network remains a vibrant and essential resource.

Cherise Beasley, White Diamond Image Consulting - The Power of Purposeful Image Sculpting

An acclaimed image consultant, Cherise led a transformation. Her workshop on the art of crafting a visual personal brand was as engaging as it was a good time. Our members were given a detailed presentation on color psychology, personal style strategies, and body language mastery. This session was all about empowering yourself to sculpt a purposeful image that aligns with your authentic self, enhancing your leadership presence and influence with your image.

Dr. Y. “Falami” Devoe, Self-care Ritualist - Nourishing the Soul: Self-Care Rituals for Wholeness, Healing, and Liberation

Dr. Y. “Falami” Devoe led our members through sacred self-care rituals that replenish the mind, body, and spirit. This was an immersive experience that encouraged the creation of personalized self-rituals that harmonize daily life with self-reverence and nurturing care. Our cohort member emerged from the session with a sense of renewal, integrating these feelings into their professional practice with wholeness and healing.
